The relationship between healthcare provider and patient is a special and important one. Beyond all the medical technology and clinical complexity, there is a very real bond of trust beneath it all. It's this emotional connection that NextGen Healthcare wanted to convey in its newest 30-second spot. They turned to long-time creative partner, Binary Pulse Studios.

Working with marketing leadership, we brought their nascent vision to life with complete casting, location scouting, production, and post-production services. With the new spot in the can, we collaborated on a connected TV media buy that delivered the commercial to relevant medical decision-makers at home and targeted events.
