Amkor Technology, Inc. pioneered the Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) model more than a half-century ago. Today, Amkor is one of the world’s largest providers of semiconductor packaging, design, and test services—enabling a critical and invaluable bridge between semiconductor fabs and global electronics manufacturers.

When Amkor wanted to showcase some of its more modern packaging technologies, including 2.5D TSV, S-SWIFT and S-Connect, they relied on our long-standing partnership to drive the vision. Working with internal marketing, engineering, and product stakeholders, we crafted a meaningful storyline that put a spotlight on distinguishing technical features as well as their relevance to application functionality.

At the heart of each video was high-end 3D animation that enabled us to illustrate key differentiators at nanometer scale.
